For most products, we have our own logistics system to transport products, which are classified according to the length of transportation, and can provide free delivery service. Most of our in-stock orders ship within 4 business days, for back-ordered items, the shipping time will be updated in real-time, please check your selection carefully when placing your order.
Notes on delivery address
Shipping to countries and regions where our store has not yet set a support status, please contact us online in time, or contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to deal with it. The shipping cost and delivery time can only be determined after our communication and negotiation.
The delivery address is P.O.BOX, and only some countries and regions support delivery. Please contact us for details.
Delivery is not supported on affiliated islands in almost all countries, such as addresses outside the United States: Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and other overseas addresses or remote areas.
Shipping to APO/FPO and international addresses is not currently offered with options. Please call or email for status and fees in your particular location.

If you want to cancel your order, please email us at email@example.com as soon as possible. We will issue a full refund if the product has not yet started to ship. If the product is in the progress of delivery, it cannot be canceled. Shipping costs for returned merchandise will be deducted from your refund. In the event an item you’ve ordered is out of stock, we will ship the items available and ship the out-of-stock item(s) as soon as they become available via an expedited method at no cost to you. Tips Shipping times are estimated and not guaranteed - delays may happen due to weather, shipping carrier or customs delays, inventory shortages, or other events that we have no control over. Please sign for the product you purchased promptly upon arrival at the destination to avoid being forcibly returned or incurring other expenses.
If you find that the logistics package is damaged after receipt, please take a photo in time to keep the evidence of damage and labels on the outside of the package for verification.

Under normal use, all cameras are guaranteed for 1 year (calculated from the time the product is delivered to the user), and our company needs to replace materials due to defects caused by man-made defects, and the cost of materials will be borne by the customers. If the product warranty exceeds the warranty period, a fee will be charged for maintenance.

Please send us your return request along with your order number. Also, please let us know the reason for your return. So that our after-sales team can register and confirm the return request.You are responsible for the shipping cost of returning the product to us.
1. All items must be returned in original factory packaging and in new condition, unpacked and repacked in the same manner as originally received. Items not returned under the above circumstances may be subject to additional charges.
2. All returns need to be confirmed and authorized by the after-sales team before they can be returned.
3. Returned items are subject to inspection before a refund is issued.
4. You will be responsible for shipping the product to our designated return address.
5. We strongly recommend that you use a traceable and insured shipping method when returning the item. We are not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged in transit.
*Note: We do not accept returns on bulk orders (5 or more items). Therefore, it is recommended to order a sample (free shipping and easy returns) to test before placing a large order.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since you received the goods, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Who will charge for return shipping?
A. Teskip will pay for return shipping if:
1. Your item is not functioning properly or has a manufacturing defect.
2. Your item was damaged in transit.
3. You received the wrong item.
We may ask for photographic or video evidence for our records.
B. Customers need to cover the return shipping fees if:
1. You don't like the item after receipt of it.
2. You no longer need the item after receipt of it.
3. Your order was misplaced due to incorrect information provided by the customer (e.g. Incorrect address, product size, color, and style).
