Shipping Policy

Shipping
For most products, we have our own logistics system to transport products, which are classified according to the length of transportation, and can provide free delivery service. Customers can choose a suitable transportation method according to their actual situation. If the customer specifies a certain courier company, an additional shipping fee will be charged.

Handling
Most of our in-stock orders ship within 4 business days, for back-ordered items, the shipping time will be updated in real-time, please check your selection carefully when placing your order.

 

Notes on delivery address

Shipping to countries and regions where our store has not yet set a support status, please contact us online in time, or contact us at support001@teskip.com to deal with it. The shipping cost and delivery time can only be determined after our communication and negotiation.

The delivery address is P.O.BOX, and only some countries and regions support delivery. Please contact us for details.

Delivery is not supported on affiliated islands in almost all countries, such as addresses outside the United States: Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and other overseas addresses or remote areas.

Shipping to APO/FPO and international addresses is not currently offered with options. Please call or email for status and fees in your particular location.

*Please keep in mind that when things happen like national holidays, inventory shortages, shipping carrier delays, customs delays, extreme weather, and other scenarios that we, unfortunately, have no control over, your delivery may be delayed. We appreciate your patience in those instances.

Order Cancellation
If you want to cancel your order, please email us at support001@teskip.com as soon as possible. We will issue a full refund if the product has not yet started to ship. If the product is in the progress of delivery, it cannot be canceled. Shipping costs for returned merchandise will be deducted from your refund. If you refuse delivery of an order, Teskip will deduct the cost of shipping from your refund. For more return detail you can see Return Policy.

Backordered Items
In the event an item you’ve ordered is out of stock, we will ship the items available and ship the out-of-stock item(s) as soon as they become available via an expedited method at no cost to you. Tips Shipping times are estimated and not guaranteed - delays may happen due to weather, shipping carrier or customs delays, inventory shortages, or other events that we have no control over. Other considerations
Please sign for the product you purchased promptly upon arrival at the destination to avoid being forcibly returned or incurring other expenses.
If you find that the logistics package is damaged after receipt, please take a photo in time to keep the evidence of damage and labels on the outside of the package for verification.
